About This Role

Lead end-to-end design and architecture of complex multi-cloud Salesforce solutions in Financial Services, Retail & Consumer Goods, Automotive, or Manufacturing sectors.

Drive enterprise AI architecture by integrating scalable predictive and generative AI solutions within Salesforce environments.

Own technical and functional scope from discovery through Go-Live, including team mentorship, technical governance, and hands-on solving of high-complexity issues.

Minimum Requirements

12+ years IT experience with at least 3+ years in Financial Services, Retail/Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, or Automotive domains.

Proven delivery of 2-3 large-scale, complex Salesforce implementations for global enterprise clients.

Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture including Financial Services Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Automotive Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, integrations, and Salesforce Shield.

Application/System Architect certifications and minimum 6 domain-specific Salesforce badges (e.g., Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, CPQ Specialist).

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced technical leader skilled at bridging business needs and complex AI-driven Salesforce architectures across multiple industry clouds and integrations.

Comfortable with full-stack development including UI/UX, Apex/LWC, complex integrations (MuleSoft/REST/SOAP), and data architecture in high-volume, secure environments.

Adept at using AI-first delivery methodologies and advanced AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) to accelerate technical implementation and solution validation.
