Lead and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery across multiple software engineering teams at portfolio scale, managing roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and re-scoping.
Build and develop engineering talent pipelines and governance mechanisms, including career growth frameworks, architectural governance, and team topology design.
Collaborate closely with Product and Design leadership to translate business strategy into engineering execution, drive operational excellence, and champion AI and automation adoption.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.

Experienced senior engineering leader with strong technical credibility able to partner on architectural decisions and software engineering best practices.
Proven ability to build and coach engineering leaders, manage career frameworks, and develop succession planning at scale.
Familiar with scaling engineering operational excellence practices such as DORA metrics, SLOs, incident management, and AI/automation adoption within an evolving team topology.
