Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical education.
Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe Agile).
Demonstrated ability to lead QA activities independently and collaborate effectively with global scrum teams.
Strong domain expertise in Healthcare IT systems, specifically WGS applications and End-to-End testing in Elevance Healthcare environment.
Proficient in handling batch and online testing with a focus on quality audits and process compliance, capable of managing test environments and defect validation.
