8-10 years of engineering experience.

Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, Claude SDK).

Experience deploying solutions on Azure or AWS.

Mandatory Snowflake experience; proficiency in SQL and Python.

Strong understanding of the LLM ecosystem including prompt engineering, caching, RAG, vector databases, and indexing.

Experience working across the full AI development stack encompassing traditional ML and agentic AI.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
