Own the end-to-end business analysis and requirement specifications for Capital Markets initiatives focusing on Trade Lifecycle Processing and related post-trade workflows.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product Owners, IT development, QA Automation, and Delivery leadership to identify system/process gaps and support Agile delivery activities such as backlog grooming and sprint planning.
Perform hands-on SQL data analysis for validation, reconciliation, root cause investigation, and impact assessment across trade capture, settlement, claims, and reporting systems.

Experienced in analyzing and documenting trade date-driven post-trade processes including settlement, reconciliation, and exception management in regulated, high-volume Capital Markets environments.
Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodology with practical exposure to backlog grooming, sprint planning, user story creation, and stakeholder management in cross-functional, global teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated by effective liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams demanding clarity and ambiguity resolution.
