Qualifications: BE/BTech/MCA/Diploma; experience with BGP, SDN (Cisco ACI), firewall and load balancer technologies, and working knowledge of ITIL.
Proven hands-on expertise in Cisco Nexus (vPC, vDC, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF) and Cisco ACI (Tenants, EPGs, BDs) in data center settings.
Experienced in troubleshooting complex data center network issues and delivering critical production support for strategic customers.
Comfortable operating in a 24x7 multi-team environment handling escalations, audits, client meetings, and change management processes.
