Define and validate primary use cases and functional business requirements for Wealth Management Platforms to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Develop and execute comprehensive test scenarios including functional, regression, and end-to-end testing, supporting production activities and releases.
Collaborate with Agile squads, liaise with Technology QA teams, manage defects, and participate in scrum ceremonies to provide testing status and risk escalation.
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3-6 years of UAT experience, preferably in Wealth Management, Financial Services, Banking, or Technology sectors.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of Agile methodologies and software testing practices.
Experience working with stakeholders across different regions.
Strong functional business analysis skills with end-to-end understanding of business requirements and ability to document specifications.
Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional technology and platform teams, including coordination across regions and during release cycles.
Technical aptitude including familiarity with software testing tools and scripting (e.g., SQL, test automation) and preferably Salesforce experience.
