Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, or Python, and experience with REST API, JSON, AWS (Lambda, ECS Fargate, EKS, Docker, SQS).
8+ years hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, Kibana, and real-time analytics development; willing to work till 11 PM IST.
Experienced in building and delivering complex data engineering projects independently in enterprise AI-driven environments.
Skillful in application development in contact center product suites (Genesys, Avaya, Cisco) and cloud infrastructure.
Comfortable working across global teams and time zones, with strong communication skills to translate technical and business requirements.
