Own the product strategy document by evaluating competitive landscape and defining success factors for successful product launches.
Collaborate with Markets & Biologics teams to define product success criteria, commercial and market access strategies, and coordinate launch preparation including forecasting and capacity planning.

Demonstrates strategic thinking with strong decision-making skills and accountable for P&L responsibilities.
Has proven ability to handle portfolio optimization, lifecycle planning, and commercial growth in complex, fast-paced Pharma or Lifesciences environments.
