Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experienced in driving technology-led transformation initiatives in Real Estate including PropTech, Smart Buildings, Digital Twins, BIM, AI/GenAI, and sustainability solutions.
Capable of connecting business outcomes to technology through strategy, operating model transformation, and business case development.
Proven ability to lead consulting practice growth via client advisory, presales, stakeholder management, and creation of reusable frameworks and thought leadership.
