Own day-to-day operational execution of Pfizer’s Veeva Clinical product suite releases and program workstreams ensuring resource readiness, training compliance, and operational communications.
Manage onboarding/offboarding of resources, training assignment and completion tracking, quarterly audits for access and compliance, and proactive risk/issue mitigation to protect project timelines.
Coordinate vendor and contract administration including SOW and PO processing, support high-level budget planning and tracking with finance stakeholders, and act as central liaison across Product Management, vendors, and delivery teams to align dependencies and status.
Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years relevant experience or Master’s with 3+ years in Business, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related field.
2+ years in operational leadership or platform operations supporting enterprise applications, preferably in regulated environments.
Experience supporting clinical technology solutions (CTMS, eTMF, Study Start Up, Site Connect) in operational or administrative roles including resource lifecycle management and training compliance.
Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel), vendor/contract administration (SOWs/POs), stakeholder management in matrix environments, and adherence to regulated (GxP) environment standards.
Experienced in managing clinical or regulated enterprise platform operations with strong organizational and analytical skills for operational tracking and reporting.
Comfortable working cross-functionally within matrix teams including product managers, scrum masters, and vendors to coordinate timelines, resources, and compliance.
Capable of proactively identifying and mitigating risks/issues impacting clinical technology delivery while driving contract and budget coordination at a high level.
