Own end-to-end development and deployment of complex AI and software products within the Commercial AI Acceleration function.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Product Owners, and UI/UX Developers to build scalable production-grade AI solutions that drive business value.
Implement engineering best practices including CI/CD, MLOps, DevOps, and QA/Risk Management to ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable software delivery.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3 to 13 years of experience in software development and architecture across multiple technologies.
Proficiency in at least one of: Python, JavaScript, Oracle, RDBMS, .Net, Java.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experienced in full-stack development integrating AI/ML components and comfortable working with cloud-native technologies and DevOps practices.
Able to translate complex business requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions within agile software teams.
Experience or interest in pharmaceutical/healthcare technology environments and familiarity with compliance standards like GxP and HIPAA is a plus but not mandatory.
