Proven ability to integrate telephony infrastructures with modern AI conversational platforms and cloud scaling technologies using infrastructure-as-code and container orchestration.
Operating within complex enterprise environments managing secure, redundant voice communication systems with exposure to CTI and database-driven reporting.
