Administer and harden Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) and Palo Alto platforms including Panorama, Prisma Access, NGFW, and Threat Prevention.
Design and maintain scalable security policies and improve platform reliability, policy quality, and operational visibility.
5-7 years of experience in network security or security engineering roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, Palo Alto (Panorama, NGFW, Threat Prevention, Prisma Access), and IPS/IDS tuning.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working in large-scale global environments and handling major incident escalations.
Experienced in managing security platforms in global enterprise settings with measurable impact on policy accuracy and service reliability.
Ability to mentor engineers and communicate effectively across multiple teams and vendors.
Familiarity with automation tools (Terraform, Python, CI/CD) and exposure to WAF technologies and regulated environments is a plus but not mandatory.
