Develop and maintain ETL processes to automate data flows involving trade files, pricing, reconciliations, and market data, improving data quality and enabling straight-through-processing across internal systems.
Automate repetitive operations tasks using SQL, VBA, Excel macros, scripts, or ETL tools to reduce manual touchpoints in trade and pricing workflows.
Support daily trade and price data processing, resolve breaks or exceptions, and collaborate with Fund Accounting teams for data validation and troubleshooting.
3+ years of experience in ETL automation, trade/price operations, or middle-office technology roles.
Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Alteryx, SSIS, Talend, or equivalent.
Strong skills in SQL, VBA, and Advanced Excel including macros and scripting for automation.
Understanding of trade lifecycle and pricing workflows; familiarity with capital markets instruments; exposure to Fund Accounting systems like Geneva or Paxus preferred but not mandatory.
Experience focused on automation and building scalable ETL workflows rather than purely operational processing.
Strong problem-solving and data troubleshooting capabilities dealing with complex trade and pricing data scenarios.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical automation solutions and work collaboratively across Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
