Familiarity with JIRA, Splunk, Grafana, Spotfire, and ability to work in hybrid environment (minimum two days onsite per week).
Experienced in complex defect investigation and technical troubleshooting within web service testing environments.
Proficient in automation and continuous integration pipelines to support regression and smoke testing.
Comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional agile teams including developers, DB engineers, and product owners.
