Proven experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Safe Agile) and Waterfall testing methodologies.
Experienced in end-to-end mainframe testing with deep knowledge of WGS applications and batch/online testing.
Able to independently lead QA initiatives while collaborating effectively with global, distributed teams.
Demonstrates strong organizational skills with capability to manage testing quality audits, defect validation, and communication with multiple stakeholders.
