Experienced in enterprise NOC, service desk, or infrastructure support environments handling complex network issues.
Capable of analytical thinking beyond runbooks with the ability to investigate issues end-to-end and determine root cause before escalation.
Strong communicator able to articulate technical reasoning and findings with high attention to detail and accurate documentation.
