Support and maintain SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) applications, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
Configure SAP EAM and IAM solutions to meet business needs and optimize support through automation and integration in an Agile environment.
Collaborate with business partners and developers to design, test, and deploy custom or complex SAP solutions, and provide user training and mentorship to junior team members.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience supporting SAP EAM, Plant Maintenance Module, and S/4HANA, including hands-on configuration and multiple S/4HANA implementation or support projects.
Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA integrations (MM, FI, CO), ITIL management practices, and Agile methodology.
Work Experience Required: 8-12 years in SAP EAM domain including application operations support or project implementation.
Experienced in managing SAP S/4HANA EAM/IAM in complex environments including upgrades, add-on installations, and HANA scale-out with multi-tenant databases.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to collaborate closely with business partners and developers in a Scrum/Agile setting.
Domain experience in Oil & Gas or Manufacturing industries supporting SAP EAM functions is preferred but not mandatory.
