Lead enterprise architecture for Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) readiness and encryption agility, defining standards, reference architectures, and operational models towards a 2030 quantum-ready state.
Own technical translation of NIST PQC standards into enforceable cryptographic controls across applications, cloud, infrastructure, PKI, KMS, identity, certificates, and third-party ecosystems.
Conduct hands-on review and analysis of cryptographic findings, drive remediation patterns, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders including application security, infrastructure, and third-party risk management teams.
Bachelor's degree with 10 to 14 years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Cryptography, Security Architecture, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (alternative degrees with corresponding experience also accepted).
Expert hands-on knowledge of enterprise cryptography and security architecture including PKI, TLS, cipher suites, KMS, HSMs, secret management, encryption in transit and at rest, cloud key services, and certificate lifecycle automation.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification required.
Work Experience Required: 10 to 14 years (Bachelor's) or equivalent per education level.
Deep technical expertise combined with enterprise architecture leadership in cryptography and PQC transition within complex regulated or life sciences environments.
Ability to translate cryptographic standards and PQC roadmaps into practical, enforceable technical controls and guide multi-domain stakeholders through architecture and remediation.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring senior-level technical staff, with strong capability in operationalizing cryptographic discovery, CBOM, and cryptographic risk management frameworks.
