2+ years experience in Network Operations Center (NOC), Remote Operations Center (ROC), or Industrial Control Room environment.

Ability to work 24/7 rotational shifts from the Bangalore office.
Experienced with remote diagnostics and troubleshooting in complex industrial or energy systems, especially in battery energy storage contexts.
Comfortable with Linux system administration and network protocol troubleshooting in mission-critical operational environments.
Able to coordinate with field engineers using detailed technical diagnostics to minimize repair times and meet SLAs.
