Lead 2 to 5 global NPD/VAVE/PLS projects simultaneously through the full development lifecycle using a structured Stage Gate process.
Own project success by managing scope, budget, schedules, resources, risk mitigation, and communicating status as single business point of contact.
Lead cross-functional teams, enforce scope change policies, and use problem-solving methods (5 Whys, 8D) to resolve issues and meet project milestones.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline.
8+ years experience leading NPD/VAVE/PLS projects involving industrial products like couplings, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, turbines, clutches, or brakes.
Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office; experience with APQP, DFSS, waterfall and/or agile project management.
Work Experience Required: 8+ years in relevant project leadership roles. PMP certification preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced in end-to-end new product development/project leadership within a global or multinational industrial manufacturing environment.
Strong ability to align and influence cross-functional teams to meet schedule and budget deliverables under pressure.
Competent in applying financial and business acumen to project decisions with excellent communication across organizational levels.
