Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects including scope definition, detailed planning, resource estimation, and execution monitoring to ensure project success.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Amadeus, external partners, and customer groups, managing technical issues and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Report on project progress, risks, resources, and finances to Program Manager and Sponsor; escalate issues impacting costs, timeline, or scope; support financial structure implementation.
3 to 5 years of Project Management experience.
Strong knowledge of the travel industry with at least 4 years of experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or airline.
University degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, or Business school.
Proficient in English (spoken and written).
Experienced in coordinating complex, strategic travel technology implementation projects with strong stakeholder management skills.
Knowledgeable in software development cycles, product integration, and system onboarding with proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
Comfortable working in multicultural, global environments, effectively communicating across cross-functional and customer teams while driving accountability and risk mitigation.
