Own data analysis, mapping, and transformation activities for large-scale data applications, ensuring data quality and standardization.
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, including client SMEs, to gather requirements and understand functionality and data flows.
Produce and maintain documentation such as source-to-target mappings, data lineage, data models, and design documents to support stakeholder understanding and project implementation.
3-6 years of experience in data analysis, data mapping, and data transformations with large-scale data applications.
Experience with Snowflake, relational databases, SQL, and business requirement gathering including BRD creation.

Bachelor's degree; good verbal and written communication skills; exposure to data consolidation, transformation, and standardization.
Experienced in working with Insurance domain clients, especially P&C, with strong understanding of policy and claims lifecycle.
Skilled communicator capable of bridging technical and business teams and independently driving team goals.
Familiarity with data modeling concepts and beneficial if knowledgeable in Data Vault 2.0 and data profiling techniques.
