Lead and support day-to-day operations and technical issues for Allscripts applications and infrastructure, including participation in client calls and project planning.
Provision, maintain, and support Azure IaaS environments and related Cloud infrastructure with a focus on Linux and Windows servers, SQL, IIS, and in-house applications.
Mentor team members to improve technical skills, drive automation, maintain KPIs, and ensure adherence to SLAs for Allscripts Hosted applications.
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in 24x7 Cloud support, implementation, and operations, specifically with Azure and Infrastructure as Code.
Mandatory expertise in Azure services including VM, Storage Account, VNet, Key Vault, NSG/ASG, Azure Security Center, Patch Management, and Cloud networking concepts.
Experience supporting Microsoft technologies like Windows Server, AD, DNS, IIS, and SQL; Healthcare IT experience is a plus.
Experienced in architecting and automating Cloud infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines, particularly in Azure environments.
Demonstrated leadership capability with ability to mentor associates and lead client/project issue resolution to closure.
Familiarity with healthcare IT environments and readiness to support a 24x7 Cloud infrastructure with responsiveness to after-hours and international travel demands.
