Own and scale front-end CAD and design automation flows for ASIC and SoC teams, including RTL development, IP integration, design assembly, regressions, and signoff readiness.
Develop and maintain automation tools and workflows covering lint, CDC/RDC, low-power checks, simulation setup, synthesis readiness, and design release using Python, Tcl, Shell, and Make.
Drive methodology and AI-assisted engineering workflows to improve engineering productivity, implement consistent automation patterns, and support cross-functional debugging and tool environment setup.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in ASIC CAD, EDA flow automation, front-end methodology, or design automation.
Proficient scripting and automation skills in Python, Tcl, Shell, Make, and Linux/Unix environments.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years in relevant design automation roles in ASIC CAD domain.
Experienced in building production-quality automation for multiple design teams with strong debugging skills across tools, environments, and license management.
Familiarity with front-end RTL tools and methodologies including lint, CDC/RDC, low power, simulation, synthesis, timing constraints, and signoff readiness workflows.
Capable of leading methodology adoption, mentoring engineers, and deploying AI-assisted CAD workflows and internal automation agents in a globally distributed engineering environment.
