Own and prioritize the Secure Cloud product area backlog aligned with vision and goals, ensuring clear features and acceptance criteria.
Develop and communicate product area vision, strategy, KPIs while managing risk and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to resolve prioritization conflicts, support delivery, and facilitate lifecycle communication.
8-14 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Financial/BFSI industry.
Graduate or Post-graduate degree required.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methods.
Hybrid work setup required with minimum 3 days per week onsite; shift timings extend up to 11:30PM India time (India-US interface).
Experienced in business-technology environments with proven operational excellence combined with technology implementations.
Strong capability to build relationships with senior LOB stakeholders across technology, UAT, operations, and business teams.
Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Office Suite; certifications in Agile, PSPO, CSPO, BA or Scrum are preferred.
