Bachelor’s degree in Data Engineering, Data Sciences, Statistics, or related field.

Solid understanding of power systems, transmission networks, and grid fault concepts.
Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments with distributed teams.
Experienced in bridging technical teams and utility domain experts to deliver customer-centric analytics products in grid operations.
Capable of translating complex grid data and operational workflows into actionable product backlog items.
Comfortable engaging directly with customers and cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Success within Agile delivery constructs.
