Proven independent contributor with leadership experience in managing and mentoring offshore embedded software teams.
Experienced in working in global/remote collaborations, especially coordinating with international teams (e.g., German teams).
Strong background in embedded platform software architecture, with additional preference for avionics domain knowledge and standards (DO178, ARINC 653, IMA).
