Proficient in integrating ServiceNow with multiple ITSM/Non-ITSM tools using iPaas solutions and knowledgeable about the ServiceNow release cycle and new feature adoption.
Skilled in Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC processes, and able to generate detailed documentation and communicate solutions effectively to clients and teams.
