Design, develop, and deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions using back-end (Java, Python, SpringBoot) and front-end (React JS, Redux) technologies.
Lead or collaborate in cross-functional Agile teams to define requirements, ensure integration, maintain code quality, conduct code reviews, and promote secure coding practices.

Educational Qualification: Computer Science degree or equivalent knowledge in Object Oriented Design and Data Structures.
Location Requirement: Role based out of Pune.
Experienced Full Stack Developer capable of leading complex cross-functional teams or playing a senior individual contributor role in software modernization projects.
Strong technical expertise with full stack technologies, secure coding, unit testing, and DevSecOps practices focused on scalable and secure financial applications.
Comfortable advising and influencing decision-making processes in a regulated banking environment, managing operational effectiveness, risk, and policy development.
