Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-region IT infrastructure projects impacting core enterprise platforms (Network, Compute, Storage, Cloud, Data Centre, SRE, DB).
Drive accountability for project outcomes including success metrics (cost, efficiency, reliability), scope, schedule, budget, quality, security, and compliance.
Manage cross-functional teams (20+ resources across countries/vendors), senior stakeholder engagement, financials, risk, change management, and ensure seamless project closure with knowledge transfer.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8-12 years of experience leading complex IT projects or programs in large enterprises.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification required or committed to obtaining within 6 months; Agile certifications (Scrum/SAFe) are a plus.
Expertise with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid) and tools (ServiceNow SPM, SPIRA, Azure DevOps/Jira, Power BI).
Experienced in managing large-scale multi-region IT infrastructure projects with measurable business outcomes (uptime, performance, cost efficiency).
Able to operate independently with a focus on data-driven risk mitigation, financial management, and stakeholder communication at senior/executive levels.
Skilled in leading diverse, cross-functional teams in complex environments involving vendor management, compliance, and continuous improvement.
