Own data analysis, mapping, transformation, and standardization activities for large-scale data applications in the insurance domain (Property and Casualty).
Serve as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, including client SMEs, to understand functionality and data.
Produce and maintain artifacts such as BRDs, data lineage, source-to-target mappings, and design documents to ensure clear data requirements and quality understanding.
3-6 years of experience in data analysis, data mapping, and data transformations in large-scale data applications.
Experience with Snowflake, relational databases, SQL, and BRD creation; expertise in source-to-target mappings (STTM).
Domain experience in Property and Casualty Insurance including knowledge of policy, claims lifecycle, and reinsurance business.
Bachelor's degree; strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experienced working directly with insurance domain clients, particularly P&C insurance, with deep understanding of policy, claims, and reinsurance processes.
Capable of independently integrating into teams and managing liaison roles between business and technical stakeholders.
Familiarity or knowledge of Data Vault 2.0 and data modeling frameworks to enhance data architecture documentation.
