Own technical leadership for product development projects focused on automotive safety systems, ensuring designs meet safety, regulatory, and customer requirements.
Drive and coordinate cross-functional engineering activities including design reviews, risk assessments, testing, validation, and verification across the project lifecycle.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills; proficiency with MS Office; experience with PLM/ERP and engineering tools is desirable but not mandatory.
Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across engineering, quality, and manufacturing in automotive safety or similarly regulated industries.
Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines within complex product development projects.
Demonstrates strong analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement in safety-critical product environments.
