Experienced in managing multi-region, cross-functional IT infrastructure projects with accountability for measurable business outcomes.
Skilled in strategic planning, financial control, and executive stakeholder management with ability to synthesize complex information for decision-making.
Expert in risk and change management with strong governance orientation and capacity to lead large teams and vendor partnerships effectively.
