Own end-to-end lifecycle of Business Intelligence products for Health & Wellness and Home & Auto platforms, including product vision, roadmap, delivery, and adoption.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with analytics teams and partners to deliver governed, scalable, and user-friendly BI solutions enhancing customer and stakeholder decision-making.
Manage team and project delivery using Agile/Hybrid methods ensuring predictable releases, high quality output, and adherence to audit and governance standards.
8+ years hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and BI/analytics product delivery with measurable business outcomes.
Experience with BI visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI and understanding of BI best practices including performance and security.
Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or quantitative field with 8+ years relevant experience; or 10+ years of relevant experience without degree.
Work timings require availability between 06:00 AM to 11:30 AM US Eastern Time with flexibility otherwise; occasional commuting to office hubs in India may be needed.
Experienced leader in BI product management with strong project and team management skills, able to drive adoption and change management.
Comfortable operating in matrix and cross-functional environments, engaging senior leadership with data-driven insights and clear communication.
Knowledgeable in data warehousing concepts, modern cloud data platforms, and able to mentor teams fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
