Own end-to-end lifecycle of BI products for Consumer Bank, Digital, and DV&L platforms including roadmap, adoption, and value delivery.
Lead delivery execution, ensuring on-time deployment, quality, scalability, and governance compliance using Agile/Hybrid methods.
Collaborate with internal analytics teams and stakeholders across US and India to enhance customer experience and decision-making through scalable BI solutions.
Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL variants) and BI/analytics products delivery demonstrating measurable adoption and business outcomes.

Experience working in matrix organizations collaborating with multi-location analytics teams and senior business stakeholders for enterprise BI products.
Strong operational leader skilled in Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and change management in consumer banking, digital platforms, or financial services domain.
