Bachelor's degree required; Azure experience and data center certifications are advantageous; willingness to travel internationally and provide after-hours support as needed.
Experienced in architecting and supporting cloud and hybrid infrastructure services primarily on Azure, with knowledge of Linux and Windows environments.
Skilled in leading teams and managing client-facing interactions to ensure service excellence and SLA adherence.
Familiarity with healthcare IT environments and compliance needs is a plus but not mandatory.
