Lead and manage cross-functional teams including software, quality, and reliability engineers and project managers.
Drive design, development, deployment, and release of cloud-native microservices and big data processing solutions using Java, SpringBoot, GCP SDKs, Kubernetes, and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with architects and technical leadership on strategic technical direction, compliance with secure software development guidelines, and maintaining QE, DevSec, and FinOps KPIs.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years of software engineering experience including coding, debugging, and troubleshooting in Java, SpringBoot, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
7+ years experience with cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure) and designing/developing cloud-native microservices solutions.
Experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code concepts, Helm Charts, and Terraform constructs.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional technology teams and mentoring engineers at various seniority levels.
Strong experience in cloud-native architecture, microservices development, and big data technologies (e.g., Apache Beam, BigQuery, PubSub).
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across product, architecture, and business functions and communicate complex technical details clearly.
