Design, develop, and unit-test custom Finacle components, integrations, and reports ensuring performance, stability, and compliance for deposits, retail lending, and payments workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases, support SIT/UAT, and manage deployment, rollback, and documentation processes.

Experienced in core banking application development with a focus on Finacle and related integration frameworks (Finacle Integrator).
Comfortable operating in Agile/ITIL environments, following SDLC processes, and contributing to sprint commitments and estimation.
Capable of managing end-to-end technical delivery including coding, testing, deploying, and compliance with banking regulations and audit controls.
