Design, develop, and unit-test custom Finacle components, integrations, and reports ensuring performance, stability, and compliance across deposits, retail lending, and payments workflows.
Collaborate with consultants, testers, and operations teams to deliver high-quality releases; support SIT/UAT phases, defect fixing, and release management including CI/CD pipelines and version control.
Prepare technical documentation, manage deployment documentation, and ensure adherence to SDLC/Agile processes and regulatory guidelines (RBI/KYC-AML/NPCI).
2-4 years of hands-on development experience with Finacle or equivalent core banking platform in deposits, lending, and payments modules.
Strong skills in SQL/PL-SQL, Unix/shell scripting, API development and consumption, MQ/file/batch integrations, and experience with testing tools such as Postman/SoapUI.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or equivalent; familiarity with banking data models, GL/accounting impacts, and relevant compliance standards.
Experience with DevOps/CI-CD tools (Git/SVN), Jira/Confluence, and knowledge of security & compliance practices including RBI/KYC-AML guidelines.
Proven ability to deliver Finacle customizations and integrations aligned with banking business operations and regulatory compliance.
Experienced in end-to-end application lifecycle including development, SIT/UAT support, defect management, and release packaging in Agile environments.
Comfortable working in a cross-functional team with techno-functional consultants, testers, and support teams, managing deployment and incident root cause analysis.
