Lead end-to-end delivery of complex internal IT infrastructure projects across multi-regional teams, owning scope, schedule, budget, quality, security, and compliance.
Define and track measurable success metrics including cost, efficiency, reliability, and total cost of ownership (TCO) for IT infrastructure initiatives (Network, Compute, Storage, Cloud, Data Centre, SRE, DB).
Manage cross-functional teams (20+ members across countries/vendors), senior stakeholder engagement, financial forecasting, risk/change management, and ensure operational readiness and knowledge transfer post-project.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8-12 years experience leading complex IT projects or programs in large enterprises.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification mandatory (or planning to obtain within 6 months); Agile certifications (Scrum/SAFe) are a plus.
Experience with project management methods (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid) and portfolio tools (e.g., ServiceNow SPM, SPIRA, Azure DevOps/Jira, Power BI).
Experienced IT infrastructure project leader capable of handling multi-region and multi-vendor delivery with strong accountability for business outcome metrics.
Proficient in detailed planning, financial management, risk and change control, and stakeholder communication up to executive level.
Comfortable working in hybrid environments and leading cross-functional teams with a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
