Experienced in managing complex delivery risks and dependencies in regulated financial services, specifically within Deposits or Core Banking contexts.
Proven ability to influence and engage across multiple organizational levels and functions such as Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Change Management.
Senior leadership capability demonstrated through team development, accountability enforcement, and communication with executives regarding delivery health and risks.
