Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor distributed engineering teams while collaborating cross-functionally with product, architecture, and security groups.
Familiarity with telemetry and observability tools, cloud security compliance frameworks (e.g. SOC2, HIPAA), and operating in regulated environments.
