Own end-to-end customization, integration, development, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations components such as forms, reports, workflows, and integrations.
Lead implementation and support activities including requirement gathering, design, testing, deployment, UAT coordination with end customers, and post-Go Live support.
Deliver user training sessions and create technical documentation; ensure adherence to best practices and perform performance optimization and data migration as required.
6–7 years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Consultant.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency with X++, SSRS, Power Platform, Azure DevOps, LCS, and integration tools including OData, REST API, and Logic Apps.
Experience managing UAT, end-user training, and direct customer communication.
Experienced in both technical implementation and direct client interaction, capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions within finance and supply chain domains.
Able to independently manage multiple priorities across fast-paced implementation and support projects with a focus on code quality and adherence to Microsoft standards.
Comfortable collaborating across functional teams and handling detailed technical troubleshooting and performance tuning in D365 F&O environments.
