Experienced in both implementation and support phases with proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Technical expertise combined with understanding of finance and supply chain business processes to effectively translate functional requirements.
Comfortable working directly with customers for requirement gathering, training, and support, ensuring solution adoption and satisfaction.
