Manage end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manufacturing and Advanced Warehouse Management Systems (AWMS) with focus on production and warehouse processes.
Lead requirement gathering, process mapping, creation of BRD, FDD, solution blueprints, and test scenarios for SCM and warehousing modules.
Engage with clients to manage stakeholder expectations, identify risks, issues, and provide mitigation plans including user training and documentation.
4-6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manufacturing and Advanced Warehouse Management Systems implementations.
Must have completed at least three full lifecycle implementations of D365 Manufacturing & AWMS.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Willingness to travel and work onsite at client locations.
Has strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience with D365 Manufacturing & AWMS across multiple end-to-end projects (4-5).
Understands ERP business processes in discrete and process manufacturing industry verticals with insight into implementation challenges and risks.
Capable of managing client interactions, requirement scoping, process documentation, testing coordination, and user training in complex ERP deployments.
