Lead and manage the day-to-day functioning of the Cost Engineers team for Site Projects portfolio within TSI.
Drive cost management leadership including setting cost management strategies, plans, and reporting aligned with BP requirements and customer expectations.
Support and deliver global cost management activities such as preparing work breakdown structures, setting control budgets, managing management of change processes, monitoring cost performance, and preparing cost reports and financial closeout documentation.
Engineering or technical degree required.
Minimum 14 years of total work experience with at least 5 years in Oil and Gas project delivery.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Power BI for data manipulation and visualization.
Up to 25% travel expected including international travel.
Experienced in leading cost control activities across multiple projects of varying complexity in Oil & Gas sector.
Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), budget preparation, forecasting, schedule alignment, and project controls.
Able to implement cost discipline improvements and standardization initiatives while supporting organizational change and risk management.
