Own the full platform lifecycle (Onboarding, Delivery & Lifecycle Management, Run the Business) for multiple Tier 2/3 configurable product platforms including vendor and internal coordination.
Lead platform onboarding processes including RFI/RFP, security assessments, business cases, and POC setup; coordinate technology integrations such as OKTA/SSO and CMDB configuration.
Manage operational aspects like incident/problem management (P1–P3), change governance, KPI reporting, and ensure adherence to cost, ROI, uptime, and SLA targets.
15+ years of experience in platform management with expertise in configurable products platforms like Everbridge, IBM Blueworks, Scan2CAD, WoodWing, RecoSoft, Epiplex, Efficient Elements.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field is mandatory.
Must be available to work on-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka, or Gurugram, Haryana.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall frameworks, security assessments, and cross-functional stakeholder management is essential.
Proven expertise coordinating between business entities, technical teams, and vendors in complex multi-tool platform environments.
Experience in driving end-to-end platform delivery governance, lifecycle management, and operational stability in scalable, geo-distributed systems.
Strong analytical skills with a background in business/system architecture design, cloud and AI delivery, and adoption of structured operating models (RACI, tollgate governance).
