Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions in production for large enterprise customers, owning technical components end-to-end.
Develop and integrate AI agents with data pipelines and dashboards using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and other platforms to deliver measurable business impact.
Collaborate closely with Deployment Strategists and customers to co-build AI solutions, provide feedback to product teams, and maintain deployment health and KPI reporting.
10+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system demonstration, preferably in AI or full-stack development.

Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering) is required.
Proficient in at least one programming language: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex with experience working hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering.
Experienced in shipping AI-driven technical solutions with practical knowledge of prompt engineering and large language models.
Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns to design and validate complex system architectures.
Ability to engage confidently with sales teams and customer architects and travel approximately 25% for onsite customer collaboration.
